History

Coast Appraisals is a leading provider of real estate valuations for the mortgage-lending marketplace.  We are a professional practice of Real Estate Appraisal professionals.  The business started as an in-house residential appraisal for Westcoast Savings Credit Union in 1979.  Coast Appraisals became an independent appraisals firm in July of 2004 keeping its experienced and dedicated staff on board. 

Coast Appraisals is now owned and operated by partners Robin Burrell and Andrea Skinner, both certified by the Appraisal Institute of Canada and both appraisers with the original company.  Because Coast Appraisals has specialized in the residential area since inception, we have earned a highly regarded reputation in the industry.

We have a truly dedicated staff, for which meeting deadlines and quality service are second to none.  Keeping abreast of technical resources and upgrades has been our focus and our forte.  We are dedicated to helping our customers eliminate the hassles of the appraisal process, offering online appraisal orders coupled with credit card and Interac payment options; a highly convenient addition for our clients.  We also keep our rates highly competitive.
